Operations Supervisor - Elmira, ON

Location: Elmira, ON
Type of Employment: Full-Time

**  This position is working out of Premier Equipment Rentals which is the sister company of Premier Equipment Ltd.  **

Essential Duties:

• Responsible for daily operational activities to meet customer satisfaction.

• Establish new accounts and revive dormant accounts through strategic action plans.

• Support all aspects of customer service to ensure operational excellence, including

processing rental quotations, reservations and contracts.

• Maximize rental profitability by ensuring all staff is trained/educated on rental

processes by monitoring and controlling costs

• Responsible for employee communication and satisfaction.

• Assist with performance reviews and on-boarding process.

• Work scheduled and rotational Saturdays as required.

• Other associated tasks as required by the PER Manager.

Skills and Requirements:

• Strong motivational and leadership skills, the ability to multi-task.

• Solid computer and administrative skills.

• An understanding of accounting and P&L concepts is preferred.

• Knowledge of construction, landscaping and agriculture equipment an asset.

• Superior customer service skills.

• Must have the ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

• Highly motivated individual with the desire to succeed.

• Valid Driver’s License required and clean drivers abstract.
