Overview:

Join our dynamic Executive Leadership Team as a Senior Branch Strategy and Operations Leader. In this pivotal role, you will drive the strategic and tactical direction of our Branches, ensuring alignment with our organization's financial and operational goals. Collaborate with top-tier executives and lead a team of high-performing Branch Managers to achieve sustainable excellence.


Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic and tactical plans for our Branches in collaboration with the VP of Sales and VP of Aftermarket. Ensure these plans align with the overarching financial and operational objectives for Premier Equipment.
Budget & Goal Setting and Execution: Establish and communicate clear, measurable goals that drive Branches towards their strategic targets and financial objectives. Foster a culture of accountability and support to ensure successful execution.
Leadership Development: Invest in the growth and development of Branch Leaders. Facilitate access to training and learning opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Engagement and Support: Regularly participate in Branch Leadership Team and department meetings. Provide coaching, direction, and support to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with all Branch employees and customers to gain insights into their needs and opportunities. Maintain a strong connection with all areas of the Branch to drive continuous improvement.
Performance Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate Branch Managers and their leadership teams. Equip them with the tools and guidance needed to achieve and maintain benchmark performance levels.
Executive Leadership: Actively contribute to the Executive Leadership Team, shaping the future direction of the organization and driving strategic initiatives.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Deepen your understanding of Sales and Aftermarket operations through regular interaction with the VP of Sales and VP of Aftermarket. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Process Accountability: Champion process and procedure adherence within the Branch. Identify and recommend opportunities for performance enhancement.


Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
• A competitive, self-starter, who is disciplined and goal orientated.
• Excellent communication skills with good listening skills are necessary to determine the needs of our customers.
• Good organization and time management skills are required.
• Extensive Senior Leadership experience, leading teams to achieve overall organizational goals.
• High degree of integrity, self-awareness and accountability.
• Performance focused while being fair, objective and courageous.
• High level of resiliency, a strategic thinker and curious learner.
• Strong analytical skills that convert to making effective decisions.
• Knowledge of Agricultural Equipment/Farming Communities would be an asset.
