Premier Equipment proudly provides support and service on the complete line of Ag, Turf and Commercial Worksite equipment with over 85 technicians company-wide. We have several programs and offerings that we provide help to keep your equipment in optimal condition and preforming its best.
Premier Equipment offers mobile service from all of our locations with a fleet of more than 25 units.
Our mobile service trucks are equipped to service your machine in the field or on your yard effectively.
After Hours Service
During peak seasons Premier Equipment offers critical afterhours service.
This program offers after hours parts and mobile service during the following hours:
Monday-Friday: 5:30PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (At participating locations).
By granting Premier Equipment access to your JD LINK account and your JD LINK enabled machines, we are able to work with you to troubleshoot remotely from any of our Service locations. This allows for real-time diagnosis of issues which speeds up the servicing process. Some problems (clearing error codes, etc.) can be done remotely, other issues that require parts or mechanical intervention can be expedited as technicians performing the repairs have the opportunity to bring the parts needed to complete the repair on the first call.

Premier Service Inspections (PSI)
Leveraging factory recommended inspection protocols and decades of staff experience,
Premier has developed comprehensive service inspection processes on all types of equipment. Our Premier Service Inspections are designed to consistently evaluate all major serviceable components on your machine, and provide recommendations on repairs and updates needed to ensure performance and longevity. Our goal is to maximize your uptime and have your equipment running in optimal condition when you’re counting on it to get the job done.
Our Ag and Commercial Equipment Premier Service Inspections come with our UpTime Guarantee – a commitment that we make to ensure your satisfaction and support the quality of our Premier Service Inspections and the workmanship in our repairs.
Our Work. All completed repairs on PSI inspected tractors, combines and self-propelled
forage harvesters for 120 days or 100 Engine hours.
Our Parts. We use only genuine John Deere parts.
Our Support. Should you experience an issue with your tractor, commercial worksite, combine or self-propelled harvester during the next season of use:
- Mobile Service Call Charge will be waived on that equipment for any PSI related repairs.
- We’ll have you up and running in less than 24 hours, or provide you with an appropriate machine from our breakdown fleet to keep you going.
Annual Programs and Offerings
Premier offers annual promotions featuring savings on parts and labour through our PSI booking programs. Look for our booking campaigns during the winter months on Ag and Commercial Equipment, and spring and fall on our turf and residential products.
Premier also provides payment options often with incentives or promotions offer by John Deere Financial. Ask your local service department about current programs (including interest free options).
The PowerGard™ Protection Plan is an extended warranty program for all eligible new or used John Deere equipment covering defective components and parts due to faulty materials or original workmanship.
The John Deere PowerGard™ Protection Plan for new (in-warranty) tractors is available in either the Limited (engine & powertrain) coverage, or the Comprehensive (full machine) coverage forms. The new Comprehensive (full machine) coverage under PowerGard™ Protection is available only on new tractors (purchased while in warranty) when used in normal agricultural applications.
