Premier proudly serves Southern Ontario with 11, locations (Alliston, Ayr, Elmira, Listowel, Ospringe, Tavistock, Smithville, Stouffville, Hagersville, Belleville and Norwich), offering a robust parts inventory and over 90 technicians able to provide service and maintenance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Product expert on all CCE which includes, Compact Excavators, Compact Wheel Loaders, Compact Track Loaders and Skid Steers.
  • Region responsibility includes Niagara, Hamilton, Halton and Haldimand-Norfolk.
  • Market, demonstrate, and sell both new and used CCE.
  • Provide input on equipment inventory strategy for localized region.
  • Promote other goods and services offered by the Company.
  • Stay informed of Company promotions and special events in all departments.
  • Profile new and existing customers, while maintaining existing customer satisfaction with products and services.
  • Keep abreast of business trends that will affect customer purchases.
  • Attend and participate in, John Deere Product Training, in-house training seminars, and various trade shows.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, features, and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the Company.
  • Timely and effective tracking of client progress through CRM utilization.

Experience, Education, Skills & Knowledge:

  • A competitive, self-starter, who is disciplined, and goal orientated.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills are a necessity in determining the needs of customers.
  • Good organizational and time management skills are required.
  • Familiarity with current industries, such as, Landscape, Rental, Municipality, and Construction is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Compact Construction Equipment is beneficial.
  • Weekends may be required based on customer needs.
