The Opportunity
As Service Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic service department, driving excellence in operations, customer satisfaction, and team performance. You’ll be the go-to leader who ensures every repair, every service call, and every interaction reflects Premier’s values — reliability, integrity, and care.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee daily service operations — from shop scheduling to technician efficiency.
- Partner with store management to develop and achieve annual service budgets and measurable goals.
- Drive customer satisfaction by resolving issues with professionalism and care.
- Recruit, train, coach, and inspire a talented service team to grow both personally and professionally.
- Manage financial performance, ensuring profitability and operational excellence.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting to assess department and team performance.
- Ensure the service department is fully equipped, safe, and running at peak efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales, parts, and marketing teams to create a seamless, customer-first experience.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a dealership or service-oriented environment, managing teams of 10+ people.
- Solid understanding of financial management and P&L accountability.
- Strong organizational and time management skills — thrives under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to lead change, improve processes, and drive results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-first mindset — you’re passionate about delivering outstanding service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Mechanical aptitude or technical understanding is an asset.
