New Norwich Facility

Dear Valued Customer –

As you may have heard, Premier Equipment is nearing the completion of a new facility in Norwich! We’re bringing our Courtland and Simcoe teams together to provide better service to you, all under one roof! We are thankful to have called Courtland and Simcoe home for more than 40 years, and have much gratitude for our customers whom we proudly serve! We have three main goals in bringing our teams together in the new Norwich facility:

• Maximize efficiencies – equipping our team with the latest in tools and infrastructure to ensure a safe and optimized work environment
• Grow the breadth and depth of our services – with over 50% more parts inventory capability and service space than our existing facilities combined!
• Growing our team – combining the talent and expertise of our existing teams, allowing for specialization, greater cross training and knowledge sharing opportunities, and the resources and capacity to grow.

We hope all of these elements provide greater value to you - increased parts availability, fast and efficient service, a new inviting showroom – and continued commitment to provide the best support in the region!
