Service Administrator - Ayr, ON

Type of Employment: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with an above average level of customer support encouraging allegiance, professionalism, customer service initiatives and corporate initiatives on a daily basis.
  • Promote Team Work and a “Customer First” commitment to all branch and inter-branch, Service, Parts and Sales departments.
  • Perform administrative responsibilities for the service department pertaining to internal, external and warranty work orders such as opening, maintaining, comments, invoicing and filing.
  • Follow up with customers about service work what was completed and call customers about expiring warranties.
  • Open and close work orders are required and schedule pick-up and delivery of CP units.
  • Receives visitors and telephone calls ensuring these individuals are directed to the proper parties within the dealership.
  • Distributes mail and maintains dealership files.
  • Updates customer profiles using equipment, hours, or other information from the customer work orders.
  • Completing phone calls for payments, expiring warranties, booking inspections and promoting seasonal promotions.
  • Assist Service Lead with department documents after examining for completeness and accuracy.
  • Assists other co-workers with related tasks as necessary.
  • Assist Service Lead and/or Store Manager with special events and projects as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Solid clerical expertise
  • General accounting knowledge
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
