Sprayer and Application Equipment Sales Representative - All Locations

Purpose

To provide the highest quality customer service and experience to self-propelled and application equipment customers, specifically AG Service Providers (ASP’s), within Premier’s area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

Market, demonstrate, and sell all products required by AG Service Providers, including new and used sprayers and application equipment, CCE (compact construction equipment) and all other products utilized by this customer segment.

Have a detailed and specialized knowledge of new and used John Deere, Hagie, BBI and all other new and used sprayer, and application equipment offered by Premier.

Have a solid understanding of all Competitive Brands of sprayers and application equipment, allowing you to be an expert in this industry.

Promote any other goods or services that the company has to offer. Stay informed of all company promotions, or special events in all departments.

Maintain relationships with existing customers while also profiling and seeking new business. Ensure exceptional customer experience with all existing customers.

Keep a weekly record of all customer calls and interactions, to be recorded and kept up to date in CRM.

Provide territory coverage for all AG Service Providers between Premier’s 10 locations, as well for customers in Premier’s designated eastern and northern Ontario counites, which includes coverage to the Quebec boarder.

Keep abreast of new business trends and assist with new product ordering to fulfil customers needs and requirements.

Assist in company wide sprayer training, staff and customer events where applicable.

Work closely with Premier’s Application Specialist, each individual store location and all departments (service, parts and sales) to ensure Best in Canada Customer Experience.

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge

A competitive, self-starter, who is discipline and goal orientated.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and listening skills are a necessity.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills are required.

Familiarity with current farming practices, GPS and Precision Agriculture.

Knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming communities.

Ability to work well with others in a Team setting.

Comfort level with various computer systems, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
