Premier proudly serves Southern Ontario with 8 locations (Alliston, Ayr, Elmira, Listowel, Ospringe, Tavistock, Smithville and Norwich), offering a robust parts inventory and over 90 technicians able to provide service and maintenance.

Essential Duties:
- Performs diagnostics and repairs on heavy duty equipment.
- Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge.
- Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
- Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments.
- Accounts for all time and for all material used in performing assigned.
- Responsible for washing and detailing equipment and vehicles.
- Organization of display areas that will be seen by the general public.
- Various yard work as requested and required.
- Snow removal – includes shoveling entrance ways.
- Back-up for Yard Coordinator.
Skills and Requirements:
- Ability to perform repairs and required maintenance.
- Some knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems of lawn and garden equipment an asset.
- Ability to operate vehicles and equipment to move equipment in yard.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required;
- Valid driver’s license is required and clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize.
- Rotating weekends will be required
- Farm experience would be an asset.
