Service Administrator - Smithville, ON

Location: Smithville, ON
Type of Employment: Contract

Essential Duties:

  • Store and telephone reception.
  • Assist and backup Service Coordinator in previewing work orders, scheduling and billings.
  • Assist with customer interactions, collecting information and transferring to applicable service team member.
  • Other associated tasks as required by the Service and/or Store Manager.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Must have strong computer skills and be well organized.
  • Friendly, outgoing, professional, customer-orientated personality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Rotating weekends required when necessary.
