Premier proudly serves Southern Ontario with 11 locations (Alliston, Ayr, Elmira, Listowel, Ospringe, Tavistock, Smithville, Norwich, Hagersville, Belleville and Stouffville), offering a robust parts inventory and over 90 technicians able to provide service and maintenance. Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage activations & licenses, including yearly renewals.
- Manage dealership wide modem transfers.
- Assist other departments with technology requests such as activations during PDI.
- Accurately manage Precision Ag hardware inventory including transfers, orders and audits.
- Settle and invoice all subscriptions & licenses.
- Accurately process all precision ag hardware trade-in evaluations.
- Create monthly department financial reports.
- Collaborate with Precision Ag team members to support customer needs.
- Assist the Precision Ag department with all projects and strategic initiatives.
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of John Deere Precision Ag hardware & software.
- Proven ability to manage projects which would include multi-tasking and prioritizing.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to demonstrate concern and care for customer privacy and data security.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
